Athletic Physicals

Time: 9:00am – 2:00pm

Athletic physicals will be held on August 3 from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., in the Performing Arts and Athletic Center’s (PAAC) Hospitality Room (south end), on the Shawnee High School campus.

The cost of the Physical can be billed through your insurance company ($15.00 value). If you have Sooner Care or if you do not wish to go through your insurance company the physical will also cost $15.00.

Parents need to attend or send a copy of their insurance card.

All athletes MUST have a new physical before they will be allowed to practice. Your physical from last year expired the last date of school regardless of when you got the physical during the school year.

This event occurs on a single day.
